This policy applies to all officers and employees of the Company, as well as any contracted partners involved in our business, with respect to all information assets handled in the course of business — including client information, business information, and systems.
We implement organizational, human, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the level of risk, in order to protect information assets against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, and leakage.
We comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines related to information security, as well as contractual security requirements owed to our clients.
The CEO holds ultimate responsibility for information security at the Company, and we maintain a management structure appropriate to our size to advance our information security initiatives.
We provide ongoing education and awareness activities for anyone who handles client information or the Company's information assets, to maintain and strengthen security awareness.
In the event of an information security incident, or a suspected one, we maintain a process to promptly detect, respond to, and recover from it. Where legally required, we provide appropriate reporting and notification to affected parties and relevant authorities.
We periodically review this policy and our information security initiatives in light of changes in our business environment, technology, and the threat landscape, and are committed to continuous improvement.
